What's the point of leaving a note?
If you ask me,
it’s like scooping water out of a sinking boat.
The person who finds it will have questions,
but I won’t be there.
An uneasy feeling.
A blank stare.
I’ll be floating in the void;
sleeping under a sequoia;
suffering in hell,
by the time they search for an answer.
And they won’t use an ouija board,
to contact me,
because they’re too zealous with their faith
to try anything except prayer.
Ears sewn shut:
humanities slayer.
If nobody listens to me now,
then when I’m dead,
the meaning of my message will be lost forever.
